When you use the app, we automatically collect data necessary for its functionality. This includes:

• Location accuracy and timestamps periodically during the day (only while at the attraction)
• Each visit timestamp (first and last seen)
• Operating system and version
• Device name
• Battery level and status (charging or not)
• Bluetooth status (on or off)
• Mobile network carrier name
• Current Wi-Fi SSID
• Location permission status (on or off)
• IP address
• User’s preferred locale
• Current time zone
• App version and build number
• App interactions (tracked as events sent to Firebase Analytics)
• Timestamped geofence entry/exit information (if geofencing is enabled)

This data is automatically sent to us to

1. make the service and its functions available to you;
2. enhance the app’s features and usability;
3. prevent misuse and resolve issues; and
4. offer a personalised experience.

Data processing is justified as it
