Presentation of the project’s content:

The project began on 3 December 2018 and was physically completed on 31 May 2019. A total of 18 employees took part in the three training sessions. As a result of the communication training, the communication skills and abilities of 13 staff members at BPR CONSULT Kft. were enhanced, and their communication and problem-solving abilities improved through the acquisition of these techniques, as individuals’ communication skills within the organisation have an impact on efficiency, morale, and the progress and success of the organisation as a whole.

The management training course, attended by five employees, helped managers to understand their leadership styles and effectiveness. The programme helped participants to master effective motivational and communication techniques, as well as to acquire the leadership skills needed to support their team members as effectively as possible in achieving their goals.

The aim of the Spreadsheet Training course is for the 18 participants to understand the fundamentals of spreadsheets and to become capable of using spreadsheet software proficiently, so that the end result is an accurate worksheet.
