World Water Day! – We’re dedicating our next weekend to this.

After the gloomy days, weeks and even months of recent times, it’s (perhaps) wonderful news for us that spring officially arrives on 20 March. Love is in the air, and the flowers are blooming. We can provide the perfect venue for both occasions. 

And as the buds on the trees slowly burst open, nourished by fresh water, we have the opportunity to reflect on water, the source of life for all living things.

As well as being able to find an inexhaustible wealth of information at Katica Farm on the on protecting our planet, where you can learn lots of interesting things about water; at our craft workshops, you can create souvenirs inspired specifically by water, practically „out of thin air”.

Perhaps it is no coincidence that the raft-building We’d like to suggest something you can make using a few corks destined for the bin and other bits and bobs that would otherwise be treated as rubbish. If you prefer drawing, you could even conjure up a little fish on a piece of paper. Your creation won’t be beautiful because it’s perfect, but because you made it yourself.

If you’ve been keeping indoors to avoid the cold so far, it’s time to get out; If you’ve dared to stick your nose out before, we’re waiting for you again – this time with more pleasant, caressing rays of sunshine.
