On the first weekend of October end-of-season knights’ weekend As part of this, we will be bidding farewell to our knights until next spring. Visitors to our site they can try on armour, wield a battle-axe, or practise archery, or they could even try out the iron and shackles too. In addition to all this, they can play an active part in a A demonstration of 13th-century siege engines, or a fencing lesson too. 

About our animals Let’s not forget them either, as they have their own World Day. As part of this, you can take part in shared pet carewhere, as well as learning about feeding and watering them, you can find out lots of interesting and funny facts about them.
