4–5 July – Medieval Weekend
Everyone’s favourite is back: the Medieval Weekend!
We have an event that many people are already looking forward to – and it’s great to see that. The Medieval Weekend It has become one of the most popular events of recent times, so naturally It will be back in July as well.
On 4–5 July, you can once again step into the world of knights, damsels and brave warriors. What’s more, we have a range of creative activities in store for the whole family: We’ll also be showcasing coat-of-arms painting, battle-star and javelin throwing, archery, and a spectacular catapult demonstration, which offers a unique experience every time.

As you’ve come to expect, this summer you’ll have the chance to get a glimpse of some special into the world of crafts.
On the second weekend of July, a truly versatile natural material will take centre stage: wool’s.
With the help of Enikő Farkas Turi, you can learn the basics of felt-making, you can find out how sheep’s wool is turned into a soft, malleable material, and make your own your little pets too.
