Dear Visitors!

There is currently no obligation to wear a face mask, and families and individual visitors do not need to register before their visit. We recommend that groups register in advance. We look forward to welcoming you!

Our current opening hours (valid until 30 August 2022): every day from 10:00 to 19:00 

Attractions available:

• We have suspended the operation of the cable cars and slides; apart from these, all our attractions are open, and we have added a few new rides in 2022 as well.
• Our electric go-karts can be used in dry weather.

Things you should bring with you:

• Socks for use on indoor play equipment (also available from us).
• Closed-toe trainers with clean soles are recommended for use on climbing walls
• Clothing covering the back, shoulders and thighs (T-shirt, knee-length trousers) + socks must be worn when using the indoor slide.
• A baby carrier kangaroo or a wrap if you're coming with a baby, the hilly terrain makes it difficult to push the pushchair.
• A water bottle to take with you, so you can stay hydrated all day long, even in areas further away from the main building (you can fill your own bottle with fruit juice at a discounted price).

Meals:

• Fresh, hot meals prepared on the premises in our own kitchen can be enjoyed at your table in the restaurant or taken out onto the restaurant terrace – on a self-service basis
• You may eat food purchased from the restaurant or buffet and packed to take away whilst sitting on the outdoor picnic benches or on the benches under the lakeside marquee.
• Pre-packed sandwiches are available at three locations.
• We provide boxes and, if required, single-use biodegradable cutlery for takeaway meals prepared on the premises, so you can enjoy your meal on the picnic benches outside.
• In order to reduce the number of PET bottles, our restaurant serves only delicious fruit juices – which can be served in disposable paper cups or poured into your own water bottle – in addition to mineral water.
• You can fill up your own water bottle or water bottle with tap water at any time. 

What are we doing to ensure your safety?

• We have placed hand sanitisers at several locations (restaurant, terrace, entrance, lakeside, go-kart track, outdoor slide, adventure cave, play centre).
• We fill EVERY soap dish with liquid soap combined with a disinfectant.
• We disinfect the helmets used on the go-kart track and in the adventure cave.
• We do our best to resolve any issues that arise with the utmost care – please do let us know if you have any questions or comments; feel free to speak to one of our staff members!

What do we ask of you?

• Be patient with others, with us, with the situation, and with yourself!
• Explain the rules to your children!
• Follow the rules and encourage your family members to do the same!

Important information regarding accommodation bookings:

• If you have a booking for the next two weeks and are obliged to cancel it due to current legislation, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible via info@katicatanya.hu. 

SZÉP Card:

At our activity centre You can pay with your SZÉP card at any till! We accept all three types of SZÉP card (OTP, MKB, K&H) at our tills. What’s more, until 30 September 2022, the pockets on your SZÉP card are temporarily interchangeable, meaning you can choose which pocket to use for payment, regardless of the type of service. Accommodation, admission tickets, activities, food, drinks, ice cream, gifts or gift cards – you can now pay for all of these from any pocket on your SZÉP card.
