It’s time to shake off the last traces of winter and give yourselves over to the the fresh vigour of spring. The sunshine, the chirping birds and the lengthening days all tell us that: Let's head outdoors! Here, we have everything you need for a family day out close to nature and full of fun experiences.

7–8 March – Spring Days

Come and celebrate the arrival of spring with us, and take part in something a bit out of the ordinary – bird ringing!

A sure sign of the fine weather ahead is the sound of birdsong. If you love these lovely little birds too, now’s your chance to get to know them a bit better our bird-ringing programme! Keep an eye on how things are going, and you might just be able to greet your new friends as old acquaintances next time.

Of course, we’ve also thought of those who want to get creative: they can make a spring-themed window decoration or bookmark, which will help you bring a real spring atmosphere into your home!

If you’ve still got some energy left, You can race on our electric go-kart track or, to wind down, you can get there with a pleasant walk Our Knight’s Castle too.

14–15 March – Our national holiday, Eco Weekend

To mark our national holiday and eco-weekend, we look forward to welcoming every member of the family with a variety of outdoor and indoor activities!

Nature is coming to life, and so is Katica Tanya. This weekend Our Matyi train and Our barrel trailer is setting off once more to take young and old alike on a fun ride. The bravest among them will on an electric go-kart track they can also put themselves to the test – the course operates independently of the Adventure Centre, right until dusk.

On 15 March, with hearts filled with festive spirit, we can pay tribute to the heroes of the revolution and the struggle for freedom, an occasion made all the more personal by a a hand-made cockade. Here, even that is possible – just as it’s possible for a roll of paper to turn into a tree! Isn’t that exciting?
